Privacy Policy

M1-6h Automation is a private/internal automation application that uses Google APIs to support authorized operational workflows.

Google data accessed

• Gmail messages relevant to operational request and result processing.
• Gmail sending functionality for authorized operational messages.
• Google Sheets data required for authorized operational workflows.

How Google data is used

• Read relevant operational emails.
• Send authorized operational emails.
• Read designated Google Sheets records.
• Write authorized evaluation results to designated Google Sheets.

Data storage and retention

Operational state, task manifests, logs, and necessary processing records may be stored locally on an authorized computer for workflow execution, auditing, troubleshooting, recovery, and duplicate-processing prevention. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to OAuth credentials, tokens, logs, and operational data. OAuth credentials and tokens are not intentionally exposed in application logs.

Data sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

M1-6h Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
